The French word ‘domestique’ translates to ‘servant’ and serving you the highest quality speciality coffee is central to what we do. Our name gives a subtle nod to cycling’s café culture and you may even notice some further recognition in and amongst our industrial style decor.
Our beans are sourced from local roasters who deal directly with coffee farmers in South America. The milk we use is organic meaning an elevated taste and healthy, nutritional content is assured.
Whether you’re having a catch-up with friends or nipping in for a take-out for the early morning commute, you’ll be sure to have a friendly face serving your coffee and can be confident it has been made with the utmost passion and care.
